Onboarding Requirements
Sellers must provide valid business registration, GSTIN (where applicable), and bank account details for payout processing. All applications are manually reviewed before approval.
Listing Standards
Product listings must include accurate descriptions, ingredients (where applicable), genuine images and honest pricing. Misleading listings are subject to removal and account review.
Commission & Payouts
Devodak charges a category-wise commission on each sale. Payouts are settled weekly to the seller's registered bank account, minus applicable commissions and return adjustments.
Performance Standards
Sellers are expected to maintain order fulfilment SLAs, low return rates, and responsive customer service. Consistent underperformance may affect marketplace visibility or account status.
